Longview Beef Jerky
Choose your chew. Our Longview Style offers a medium chew with a sauce-based marinade and is cooked over an open flame, while Pioneer Style delivers our toughest chew with a traditional spice and water-based marinade, cooked low and slow. For something softer, try Soft ‘n’ Tender, made with in-house ground meat and a seasoned spice blend.

Our handcrafted, award-winning smokies are made in-house and are part of the meat-making tradition we’ve continued to develop over generations.
