Longview Style
Our original style and a Longview favourite. Whole-muscle meat is sliced thin, marinated in our sauce-based marinade and cooked over an open flame for a medium chew.
Pioneer Style
Our traditional cowboy-style jerky and toughest chew. Made with thinly sliced whole-muscle meat, a spice and water-based marinade, then cooked low and slow.
Soft ‘n’ Tender
Our softest chew. This style is made with meat ground in-house, mixed with a spice blend and extruded into strips for a softer texture.
More Than Beef
Limited-production Soft ‘n’ Tender varieties are also made with elk, buffalo, venison, chicken and turkey.
